The Pine Blog is a place where you will find all of the shenanigans PineCone gets into. Along with his thoughts and opinions about topics.

The blog was originally on WordPress, then WiX, then F2C, and now, Zonelets!

WordPress and WiX were very bloated and had weird issues. F2C was fine but in order to post any Adult Content I had to make sure:

Not to mention they had some common bad words and even some basic words like "dog" censored so I couldn't even post what I really wanted and had to use vague alternatives such as 'biological being' and 'firetruck'

These alternatives also have the con of requiring a user to re-direct to the blog site. Or I could use an iframe and create a fake Netscape Navigator browser window.

Zonelets has the benefit of running WITHIN NeoCities using a Free account! So I can do whatever I please with it! The header and footer have already been modified. While it is a bit complicated to edit as I don't know much JS, it is still easy enough to grasp and comprehend. It does kinda suck that I have to manually add posts to an array, but I should be able to create a python script to take care of it.

This website and blog are a means for me to not only keep myself occupied in this horrible world, but to also allow free expression.

Many websites now are limiting our speech more and more and I am so tired of it. I can't even tell a bot to kill themselves on Twitter dot com without getting banned.
